Semi automatic vacuum capping machine adopts vacuum pump vacuum method,screw cap torsion and vacuum degree can be set of demand,unique design make it compatible with a variety of different shape,size of the bottle cap unscrewing,strong compatibility,and easy to adjust .Widely used in food,canned,beverage,condiment ,health care products and other industries in the three (four) spin tinplate cover glass vacuum screw cap.

3. Operation Method (refer to Fig. 1)
3.1 Preparation before installation and adjustment
3.1.1 Prepare a nylon locating head for cap sealing subject to the size of cap (you may refer to the nylon locating head on the main machine. Change its inside diameter subject to the size of cap. For example, the inside diameter of nylon locating head shall be Ø16.1~Ø16.2 and chamfering 1×45° for cap Ø16.) as well as a capping for worktable (process the bore according to the diameter of bottle body).
3.1.2 Loosen the forcing screw (33), turn the hand wheel. Adjust the height of machine nose according to the bottle height. Keep the locating head (48)10 - 20mm higher than the bottle. Hold the bottle at the center of worktable and locating head and then tighten the forcing screw (33).
3.2 Adjustment of sealing cap
3.2.1 Loosen both regulating screw (11) and forcing screw (09). Remove the regulating lever of pressure wheel to keep it open to maximum extent. Place the bottle at the center of worktable. Press down the handle grip to lowest level. Remove the regulating lever of pressure wheel to keep the pressure wheel close to the cap. Adjust the height of locating head (48) to keep the top side of pressure wheel against lower part of cap according to pressing height of pressure wheel (46).
3.2.2 Press down the handle grip to lowest level. Remove the regulating lever of pressure to lower part of cap and then tighten the forcing screw.
3.2.3 Replace with a bottle with a complete cap and keep it at the center of worktable. Turn on the work switch for trial sealing. Tighten all the regulating screws in case of successful trial operation. Then start normal sealing.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Connect the machine with earth line to prevent from electric leakage.
4.2 Open the guide cover (29) and add appropriate amount of machine oil on sliding part and turning part of pressure wheel every week.
4.3 Lock all the nuts and screws and recover the guide cover before work.
